Announcement on the Completion of the Equipment Supplier Selection Process


IDEA PASTA SRL, a start-up based in Romania and dedicated to developing an artisanal pasta laboratory with a social purpose, announces the completion of the supplier selection process for the acquisition of equipment intended to start the production activity.

Following the analysis of the offers received and the evaluation of the established technical and economic criteria, on October 1st, 2025, IDEA PASTA SRL decided to designate PAMA PARSI MACCHINE SRL as the selected supplierfor the delivery of production equipment, namely:


  • Pasta press (100–120 kg/hour capacity), complete with standard dies;
  • 6 additional dies;
  • Die for pasta sheets (sfoglia);
  • Automatic pasta dryer;
  • Tray carts (telai).


This decision reflects IDEA PASTA SRL’s commitment to collaborating with partners who ensure quality, reliability, and technological compliance with current standards in the artisanal pasta industry.


We thank all suppliers who participated in the bidding process and expressed interest in our project.
